PURCHASE & PAYMENT1. How will I get a confirmation of my order?
You will receive an email and SMS confirmation of your order sent to your registered email address and mobile number.
2. How does the online payment work?
We work with a third-party payment gateway vendor called RazorPay, India to process all your payments. RazorPay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard certification) verified. RazorPay collects payments on behalf of ParentCircle and processes your credit card, debit card, netbanking and other payment methods.
3. Do you allow cash on delivery for orders?
Currently, we are not processing COD orders.
4. Do we get discounts on bulk purchase?
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org we’ll work out some fabulous discounts for you based on your order value. Bulk orders at exciting discounts are available for institutional sales.
5. What happens if my payment was successful, but the order confirmation does not show up?
On rare occasions, there may be a payment failure where the payment does not get credited immediately. If this should happen to you, please call our customer support 7550019980 or email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to take care of the issue for you.
In case of a payment failure, the funds will be released by the bank/payment vendor either directly to you, or to us. If the funds are released back to you, you will need to re-purchase the product. If the funds are released to us, shortly after receipt of payment confirmation from the bank, we will process your order and send you the order confirmation.
SHIPPING & SUPPORT
1. Is shipping free? Do I have to pay any additional charges?
- Based on the product being purchased, shipping may be free, or there could be an additional shipping charge added to your order, based on your shipping address. When you purchase a product, if it says FREE SHIPPING in the product description, then there will be no additional shipping charges.
- You will only need to pay the charges mentioned in the final order confirmation page. All taxes are included in the final price mentioned.
2. How do you ship the products?
We ship our products through reputed courier companies to major cities and through India Post when courier companies do not deliver to your pin code.
3. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- Order shipments can take up to 8 days to arrive. Courier shipments usually take about 2–3 days to deliver within India. However, in rare cases, it may take up to 30 days for the product to be delivered. Delivery is usually from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm, excluding public holidays. Orders of more than 100 books may require additional time to process and pack for shipment. You will receive an email with a tracking ID once your order has been dispatched.
A product will be deemed delivered to the client, once it has been delivered to a designated location, delivery point or representative of the client, including a member of the family, or any other person or authority entitled to receive the respective Product.
4. What should I do if the box has been damaged in transit?
If the damage is to the content inside the box, please reach out to us via phone 7550019980 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The request for replacement of damaged books must reach us within 48 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the defective or damaged product and our Customer Support team will help replace the product for you!

With the nature of our business, it is not possible to cancel any of your orders once the items have been shipped to you.
